Shipping Guidelines:

1. Orders ship from San Antonio, Texas. If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within two business days of the order. Normal ground shipping will make sure it arrives to your home within 3 to 5 business days. If you need an item sooner, please refer to our 2 day and next day delivery services.
2. If an item is not in stock, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. If it is not expected to be back in stock within 7 business days, we will contact you to see if you would like to cancel your order or replace the item with a different one.
3. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays as recognized by the United States government.
4. Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery.

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please contact Yuppie Puppy Gear within 30 days of purchase to receive a Return Authorization Number. We would be happy to replace the item if it is damaged or exchange it for a more suitable item if you are not satisfied with it. We are unable to refund shipping and handling charges unless your item is damaged, defective or incorrect. If you received the item as a gift, just let us know who purchased the item for you within 30 days of your receiving the item. Gift order recipients may exchange the item for another product.

When Returning a Purchase:

1. Repack the item in the original shipping container (if possible), include your packing slip and your Return Authorization Number.
2. Please use an insured courier (i.e. UPS, FedEx or USPS) to return your purchase.
